About Jaimees Ridge
The concept for Jaimee's Ridge began in the late 1980s with the procurement of land. In the early 1990s, the development plan was submitted to the county. Construction of homes began in 2001 and currently, there are a total of 145 homes in the neighborhood. Jaimee's Ridge is surrounded by federally protected wetlands, most of which are owned by Pensacola State College. There are several department stores and restaurants within walking distance of this centrally located neighborhood. The neighborhood and Board of Directors take a lot of pride in keeping the subdivision and homes in the subdivision well maintained while providing a peaceful living for all occupants.
